We walked into this cozy little spot on a Saturday night without a reservation, fully expecting a wait, but we were seated right away! We were in the mood for a quick bite, and ordered a Margherita pizza. The sauce was a bit on the runny side, but the flavors were still delicious. The crust was super thin, crisp on the outside while chewy on the inside. Our server was attentive, and the pizza came out fast (always a win when you're starving!). There was a steady stream of people coming in to grab takeout, and parking is easily available in the plaza. Overall, it's a perfect little gem for when you want something casual but delicious!

One of the best Neapolitan style pizzas in the Bay Area. The crust was amazing and very light. Sauce, cheese, basil everything amazing. Must try for Neapolitan pizzas.

We enjoyed this local spot for pizza, salad, and beer on a spontaneous Friday night. It's in a small strip mall on El Camino and kind of a nice change to Castro Street. The pizza was tasty and made right there in their brick oven. I recommend eating in vs takeout as I could see the crust could get soggy if not eaten right away. The Caesar salad was good and fresh and made to share for two. Service was friendly and very efficient. Not a big place so it was full when we went on Friday night with just a 5 minute wait. I can see us coming back to try some of their pasta dishes. The spaghetti and meatballs looked huge!

This is a little gem of a restaurant! I heard about this through an old colleague that worked here for many years. I finally got to try it with two friends. I was enticed to go here because the restaurant is a member of an association in Napoli that certifies restaurants for being able to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza. We ordered the carbonara, penne alla vodka with chicken and a mushroom pizza with prosciutto. The pizza is wonderful. The penne alla vodka with chicken was the star. We also loved the limoncello gelato served in a champagne flute! We thought we'd have a lot of leftovers, but only had a plateful left to take home! Highly recommend this restaurant as the service was good and friendly. This restaurant does not take reservations but we didn't have to wait on a Thursday at 6pm. Lots of parking in the plaza. I will come back here as I feel like it's one of the lesser known really good spots. Try it!

5 stars for pizza! 5 stars for fried calamari, lightly battered and crunchy. 1 star for pasta, we ordered carbonate. It was the worst carbonara we ever had. Salty and watery. We sent it back and they kindly removed it from the bill. 2 stars for salad because of excessive dressing. Arugula was all saggy, drenched in dressing. Most definitely return for more pizzas!

I heard people raving about this place. I've to agreed the pizza was pretty good but I expected more. Probably because I like thin crust even though the crust is very fresh as well as the ingredients. I'd say both Fungi and Prosciutto were very good. The pasta was pretty good as well. Al dente and good sauce.
